📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement product sourcing strategies to meet retail store needs and customer demands.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and ensure product quality.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform inventory management and promotional activities.
Collaborate with the retail team to ensure optimal product placement and display in stores.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder products as needed to maintain stock availability.
Create and manage promotional campaigns to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
Conduct regular store audits to assess product performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and new product launches to keep our retail offerings fresh and appealing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in buying and merchandising, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.
Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers and the retail team.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make strategic decisions.
Familiarity with retail management software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
