In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of M&E projects, from initial planning and design to construction and commissioning. You will collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop comprehensive project plans, and manage resources effectively. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of M&E projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, using tools like Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all projects, adhering to local regulations and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation in project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E project management, with a proven track record in leading projects from conception to completion.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Certifications in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders and teams effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
