📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.
• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial interviews and screenings to identify the best candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage and update our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to keep our recruitment process efficient and organized.
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Support the HR team in other administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, specifically in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proficient in using ATS such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR best practices.
