📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized support and guidance to students and parents to ensure they achieve their English learning goals.
• Conduct regular check-ins with students to monitor their progress and provide feedback.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to increase student enrollment and retention.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online education to continuously improve our services.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and learn from colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
