📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures specific to the Global Payment team.
• Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates for various roles within the team.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees in the Global Payment team.
• Provide administrative support to the HRBP, including maintaining employee records and managing payroll-related tasks.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify HR trends and best practices relevant to the Global Payment team.
• Collaborate with team members to address HR-related issues and concerns, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the development of innovative payment solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
