As a Maintenance Technician, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process, working closely with our team of engineers and production staff. Your daily tasks will include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will use industry-standard tools such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and have access to specialized software for diagnostics and repairs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on automotive manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions using CMMS and specialized diagnostic tools
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Train and mentor junior technicians
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of automotive manufacturing equipment
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent
• Familiarity with CMMS and other maintenance management software
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
