📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics.
• Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring high standards of efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems, including WMS and TMS.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Optimize warehouse layouts and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWMS) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Proven experience in managing inventory, including cycle counting and stock reconciliation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and supply chain regulations.
