📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary liaison between Rumah Sakit Pondok Indah Group, insurance providers, and individual patients.
• Handle pre-authorization requests, claims processing, and reimbursement for various insurance providers.
• Educate patients on their insurance benefits and coverage.
• Resolve insurance-related issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all insurance-related transactions.
• Collaborate with the hospital's finance and billing departments to ensure accurate and efficient processing of insurance claims.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance client services or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Familiarity with insurance software and tools, such as ClaimWorks or similar systems.
