Stella Maris International School is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of School Operations to oversee and enhance our operational excellence across our campuses in Bali. As the Head of School Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our schools in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Stella Maris International School campuses in Bali.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Manage budgets and financial planning for school operations.
• Lead and mentor operational staff to achieve organizational goals.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth school operations.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in school operations, preferably in an international school setting.
• Proven track record in managing school budgets and financial planning.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and school management systems.
• Certification in School Operations Management or a related field is a plus.
