PT Lami Packaging Indonesia is looking for a Production Planning Specialist (PPIC) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and logistics, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.,Maintain and update production schedules and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.,Manage inventory levels to support production needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and control systems.,Proficiency in using ERP or MES software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality management systems.
