In this role, you’ll work closely with our educational experts and designers to develop engaging content for our social media platforms. You’ll create short-form videos, infographics, and other visual content that resonate with our target audience. Your work will help us build a strong online community and drive engagement with our brand.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute a content strategy for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create engaging short-form videos, infographics, and other visual content using tools like Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with the educational team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and educational goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
• Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns to promote our educational programs.
• Report on content performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Proficient in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for early childhood education.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with educational content and early childhood development is a plus.
