📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor our technical team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
• Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using advanced tools like OBD-II scanners and engine analyzers.
• Conduct thorough inspections and repairs, focusing on both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Provide expert technical advice to customers, helping them understand their vehicle's issues and solutions.
• Maintain and update our diagnostic software, including Autel MaxiCOM and Snap-on Diagnostics.
• Ensure all repairs and services meet our high standards of quality and safety.
• Train and develop new team members, helping them grow their technical expertise.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive diagnostics and repairs, with a strong focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Certification as an Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Master Technician or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and software, including OBD-II scanners, engine analyzers, Autel MaxiCOM, and Snap-on Diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively advise customers.
• Ability to mentor and develop technical team members.
• Familiarity with local automotive regulations and standards in Bangka Belitung.
