NYGC Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our IT infrastructure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain monitoring and event management systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and event management systems
  • Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve system reliability
  • Monitor system performance and identify trends
  • Develop and maintain documentation for monitoring and event management systems
  • Participate in on-call rotations and incident response
  • Continuously improve monitoring and event management processes

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure and system administration
  • Experience with monitoring and event management tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or Prometheus
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
