📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer service standards.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular feedback and recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing activities.,Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and customer behavior.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the retail industry in Indonesia is a plus.
