Develop and implement creative design concepts for property development projects, including visual merchandising, signage, and marketing materials.,Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with project goals.,Create high-quality visual content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels to promote our properties.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and appealing.,Manage and mentor junior designers to foster a strong and creative team culture.,Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, providing clear and persuasive communication of the design vision.,Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in creative design for property development or a similar industry.,Proven track record of creating successful and innovative designs for real estate projects.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or similar tools.,Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Creative problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.,Familiarity with Bali's culture, architecture, and design preferences is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
