In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-set accounting, tax, and audit services for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee full-set accounting services for clients, including bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and month-end closing.,Provide tax planning and preparation services, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.,Conduct and manage audit engagements, including internal and external audits, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Assist clients with budgeting and forecasting processes to support their financial planning and decision-making.,Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their financial needs are met.,Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.,Mentor and train junior staff members, ensuring the continued high quality of service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, tax, and audit services.,Professional certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems, including QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
