📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and promote our insurance products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance sales performance.,Attend regular team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related role in the insurance sector.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of the insurance industry and products.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
