📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and support to ensure high performance.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Promote the restaurant's brand and image, both internally and externally.,Participate in the strategic planning and development of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field is a plus.
