📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily management of store operations, including inventory control, sales tracking, and customer service.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Implement and promote sales strategies and promotional activities to drive revenue growth.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and support.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with sales and inventory management systems.
