📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to continuously improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and industry trends.
