This role is critical to ensuring the seamless execution of our projects, from the distribution of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes to their installation on-site. In Banjarmasin, you'll be part of a dynamic team working on various infrastructure projects, contributing to the growth and development of the city.

As an Operational Staff, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of HDPE pipe distribution and installation. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that pipes are delivered on time, in the right quantities, and installed according to specifications. Using tools like AutoCAD and ERP systems, you'll manage inventory, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth project execution.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the distribution and installation of HDPE pipes on-site, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and project teams to ensure seamless pipe distribution and installation.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock using ERP systems, ensuring adequate supply for ongoing projects.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure pipes are installed correctly and meet quality standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed records of pipe distribution and installation activities.
Assist in the preparation of project reports and documentation.
Work closely with project managers and engineers to address any issues or challenges that may arise during pipe installation.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during pipe installation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in pipe distribution and installation, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other relevant software tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for site visits and deliveries.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
