📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes.,Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.,Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards is a plus.
