Market Crystal Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the purchasing activities of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet company objectives.,Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.,Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
