📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the procurement process from initiation to completion.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.,Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet production and operational requirements.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure high performance and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.,Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements in procurement.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
