📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Manage the entire procurement process, from supplier selection to contract negotiation and fulfillment.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in supplier management and contract negotiation.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement processes.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
