PT Digital Indah is seeking a dedicated QC Staff to join our team in Tangerang. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of product quality. This position offers a competitive salary range of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 8.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet established standards.,Documenting inspection results and reporting any quality issues to the relevant departments.,Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality problems.,Maintaining and updating quality control procedures and documentation.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards.,Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control best practices.,Conducting regular quality audits to assess and improve overall product quality.,Working closely with the management team to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or similar).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards related to quality control.,Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
