📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor and evaluate employee performance.

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Address and resolve employee concerns and issues.

Participate in team meetings and provide feedback.

Assist in the development of operational strategies.

Ensure health and safety standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.

<p>To be successful in this roleyou should have a strong set of skills including team leadershipconflict resolutionand time management. Experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry is a plus.</p>
