📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet established standards.

Document and report any quality issues or defects.

Collaborate with the QC team to implement corrective actions.

Assist in training and mentoring junior staff on quality control procedures.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

Maintain and update quality control records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.

Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO standards.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
