📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.

Support the IT team in implementing new technologies and software.

Provide technical assistance to employees and departments.

Monitor and report on system performance and security.

Assist in the management of IT assets and inventory.

Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.

Stay updated with the latest IT trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.

Strong technical skills in IT systems, networks, and software.

Good knowledge of IT security and best practices.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.

Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a requirement.
