PT Hasta Garuda is seeking a talented and dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our vehicles, as well as providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet.,Ensure the vehicles are well-maintained and in good condition.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
