Makmur Hendra Health Center is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into the company's development plan.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to staff members.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Report on training activities and outcomes to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of training software and tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record of successful training programs.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
