📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Qualify leads and gather information to identify customer needs and preferences.,Follow up with leads to schedule appointments and close sales.,Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.,Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
