In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing various recruitment activities to attract and enroll quality students. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and enroll quality students.,Coordinate with various stakeholders including admission officers, marketing teams, and student services.,Manage and maintain the university's recruitment database and ensure data accuracy.,Organize and participate in recruitment events, fairs, and open houses.,Conduct outreach and marketing activities to promote the university and its programs.,Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and their families.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the recruitment team.,Collaborate with international student advisors to support visa and enrollment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with CRM software and database management.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
