📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.,Track and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Manage the expedition process, including logistics planning, transportation coordination, and delivery tracking.,Provide regular reports on procurement and expedition activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and expedition roles in a manufacturing industry.,Strong understanding of procurement and expedition best practices and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using procurement and expedition software and tools.,Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement and expedition regulations and compliance requirements.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
