Bay Zone Group is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Promotion Girl to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to potential customers, both online and offline. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a keen eye for detail. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote products and services through various marketing channels, including social media, email, and online platforms.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product awareness and sales.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Participate in company events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Passion for sales and a keen eye for detail.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
