You will also be responsible for coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our fleet operations run smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance, servicing, and inspections.
  • Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.
  • Provide training and support to new drivers and fleet staff.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement fleet policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and coordinating fleet operations.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
