📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a strong talent pipeline.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance and progress.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
