📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales team and ensuring targets are met.,Handle customer transactions at the cashier, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including stocking and restocking products.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in inventory management, including stock taking and reporting.,Support the sales team in preparing and presenting promotions and discounts.,Assist in training new employees on sales techniques and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Proven ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management is a plus.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent.
