📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations and processes of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Manage the budgeting process and ensure accurate and timely financial forecasting.,Coordinate with the finance team to ensure efficient and effective financial management.,Provide financial expertise and guidance to other departments as needed.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
